I’ve spent more than a decade helping men rebuild discipline, strength, and confidence
through structured training and accountability.

Before becoming a coach, I earned a degree in Business Administration and worked as an accountant.

That experience shaped the way I coach today — results come from structure, systems, and consistency, not guesswork.

My mindset was also shaped through military service, where I learned the importance
of discipline, resilience, and ownership.

I’ve been training since 2010 and competing in bodybuilding for several years,
placing first regionally and second nationally in Canada.

Over the years, I’ve helped 300+ clients transform their bodies through clear training systems,
practical nutrition, and real accountability.
